I live right in between the two salons (no's 12 and 119), it's great that they have two as if they can't fit you in in one place they probably can in the other. I've had massages at no. 12 and they've been pretty hit and miss. The quality of your massage seems to depend on the girls' level of English. For my first full body massage I was able to request head, feet, tension etc. yet when I revisited I had a girl who clearly couldn't understand and therefore the massage was too weak and did nothing for me.
On the other hand the waxing is FANTASTIC given that you have Mirabella. She did my first ever wax and I went the whole way and got a Hollywood. She explained everything to me first and said we could take as much time as I needed. I'd had a couple of ibuprofen 30mins before and it was a breeze! She was so gentle and told me all about her first wax and made me feel very brave!
I went back 4 weeks later for another one but Mirabella wasn't working that day so I had Eva. She was so dreadful I can't believe she hasn't been fired yet. She stayed in the room and watched me undress then proceeded to wax me so furiously I was almost in tears. When I asked her to slow down she said it would cost me more money!! I said how lovely Mirabella had been, then she started slagging her off saying "she's crap and has no experience". I'd only booked in for a Brazilian yet she told me I "might as well have everything off because it looks ridiculous" and before I'd said no she'd waxed everything off anyway! After watching me dress she marched me to the till, telling the receptionist I'd had a Hollywood (which costs more) and stood over me to watch me pay. I refused point blank to pay for a wax I hadn't asked for and after threatening to make a complaint to the manager I was finally 'let off'.
The bottom line... ONLY WAX WITH MIRABELLA! She is at no.12 mon-weds and no.119 sat-sun.

Taimonique6 YOU SHOULD TRY URBAN TANNING THE GIRLS ARE LOVELY AND ALL THE TREATMENTS ARE FIRST CLASS. IT`S ONLY A FEW DOORS AWAY :)
