Poor delivery service! I use to order quite frequently with Coolzey. It was convenient via MSN. However in the past few months, they were not able to keep their promises. In Nov. I was promised to receive my pizzas in 45min, after 1h 30min they told me they could not make it. After complaining they offered free pizzas in compensation. Today I ordered those free pizza at 8pm, they first say OK and after 20 min I am told "we are too busy , it will take about 2 hours for delivery ......." Who wants to wait 2 hours for a pizza? forget about Coolzey!
