after having my cat put to sleep due to a heart condition , a month later i called to book my young cat to be neutered and the female that took the call asked me three times if i had been there before
well i was so upset , and ended up taking him elsewhere ,

i had my two cats with them as kittens (one that died) and all was brilliant with them was really happy with the service i was getting the care of my first cat was amazing 

then i took her sister who i still have for neutered she came back a very nervous cat and had two cuts done one on her belly and her side i was so upset 

after that iv never been happy at all , but when my cat suddenly become really ill they were very good and took me straight away and were very respectful during and after , 

so i was very shocked and saddened by this as i was wanting to take the kitten to them
