I bought a £69 Brazilian blow dry offer from Time Out. Booked with no problem for  a time that suited me (and was just under a week away). Then I read some of the reviews - EEK! So, I was more than a bit wary when I went along. Got there a bit early but was seen almost straight away by the delightful Paul, the Brazilian blow dry was fully explained to me and the results I could expect. I spent nearly 3 hours in the salon and had different people do different things (which actually just makes sense). All the staff were friendly and I was offered drinks and magazines  many times.

I spoke to the manager as I was leaving - nice friendly guy and he gave me another voucher for the same price to be used within 3 months. Happy days! He also said that the Ginger group had a new management team since September - might be worth bearing in mind if you are reading older reviews...

Overall, I was happy with the service I got - it's a small salon and clearly very busy with everyone having time consuming treatments but everyone seemed to be attended to.

And my hair? I LOVE IT!!!
