I went to Yu N May to get YUKO done on my hair. I had YUKO done before but wanted to find somewhere that was closer to home and Yu N May was, plus it was much cheaper. All I can say is WOW! They were amazing! They used ALL YUKO products and I was guided through the entire process. After trying a new place a few months before whom were awful and not even YUKO qualified, I made sure I done my research this time and confirmed with the YUKO Academy in London that Yu N May are quialified and they also buy there products directly from them.

My hair was left feeling silky smooth and in much better condition. I was told to not wash my hair for 24 hours at least but I washed it about 3 days later just to make sure :) The result was beautiful, silky, and most importantly, straight hair!

I am so happy that I went to Yu N May and I will definitely be returning for my YUKO treatments every 5-6months or so.

They also cut my hair which was lovely too!

I have had YUKO done many times before but decided to try Fiz as it was more local to me and cheaper. I am Asian and have wavy hair which is quite thick but not course. As I have had YUKO done before, I was expecting my hair to turn out the same which was STRAIGHT (at least) soft and shiny. Unfortunately, I got none of that. After not washing my hair for 48 hours (as directed) once the YUKO was done, my hair was practically the same and all underneath was wavy! It didn’t look good at all! However, Fiz did offer to re do the wavy bits so I went back a few days later. I left my hair for slightly longer this time (3 days) and washed it the day I flew out on holiday. To my shock and upset, my hair was still exactly the same. I got my hair done specifically as I was going on holiday for 3 weeks! I didn’t have the time to get it sorted out and to be honest, I couldn’t be bothered to go back again as if she can’t get it right the first time, or the second, she never will. Just goes to show that cheaper is not always better. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money but you live and learn. Definitely won’t be recommending Fiz.
