Having waited for 5 minutes my lunch, after it was given out to two customers who had ordered after me, seemingly not having a process in place for giving out the meals in order of purchase.
It is a shame that they do not keep to their heritage of serving pork dishes which Korean food is famous for but to go for the usual chicken, beef or tofu is a shame. I had a spicy noodle soup which was better then its competitor across the road which is Itsu.
I think once they have learnt how to run a high volume takeaway operation and ensure better customer flow through the store, they have tables blocking where people queue, it could be quite good.
I will give it one more chance when it has calmed down and hope they bring pork onto the menu!

This is a great value restuarant in the heart of Mitte. Around are over priced places so this one is always busy with locals.

Unfortunately have to give one star but I would not rate this restuarant as it is so bad. I feek very sorry for the tourists that get caught in this tourist trap. Food over priced, for instance pre cooked chicken pieces ( used in shop bought sabdwiches) is used for their bland curries, three pieces of veg in their thai veg soup, which is a main dish! The service is so slow and wait long time between courses .
This restaurant doesnt deserve to be running. Went two years ago and same issues still plague it. You wont see a Berliner eating here.
Look at ratings in other languages to give you an idea of this place.
In summary, avoid this place like the plague!

I have one problem with Indian restuarants in Berlin and that is everything tastes the same and looks orange. Unfortunately, Khushi is no different. One thing going for it though is that the service is great and the staff are very friendly.
gagan Thanks for taking interest in our restaurant and writing about it.
Indian food in Germany is a little unlike from Indian food in England. There is a slight adaptation to european taste in certain dishes. Basically, north indian and south indian cuisine are entirely different. North indian Muglai kitchen is based on mild sauces with grounded chashews, cream, puréed tomatoes and a lot of safran. All dishes based on this sauce tend to have a colour referring to these ingredients. The traditional Tandoori dishes are also marinated in Kashmiri Mirch (similar to red Bell Pepper) and Curcuma (turmeric) which again tends to give the same colour.
We would recommend to you dishes like Rogan Josh, Chicken Tikka Masala, Daal Tarka, Lamb Vindaloo, Lamm Balti or Chicken Madras, which are more original, spicy as well.
Generally, we prefer to serve very hot and spicy dishes only on special demand. Even dishes termed hot are prepared rather medium hot. Even in India today the trend goes towards less spicy food. That’s why we offer our fresh made Green Chilli sauce extra, to add spice.
At KHUSHI we are always open for specific wishes of our customers. Whenever you visit us again, please do let us know about your personal preference regarding indian cuisine.

Great place for a quick bite to eat. There are many of these choose and reheat places around Paris but this has to to be one of the better ones. Staff were nice aswell. Main course of king prawns and rice for 10€ which isnt bad for Paris.

This has to be one of the best bakeries in Berlin. There is a portugese influence as one of the owners ia from Portugal. The bread tastes like nread should taste and is not like the rest of the usual German bakeries and delivered part baked in a factory and finished of instore. Great staff but they can sometimes feel a bit stressed.

Nice little bike shop, with really friendly and helpful owner. Don't be put off by the name as it does all typea of bikes. Could do with a bike stand to lock your bike to outside the store.
Give it a try!

Having read loads of reviews and living round the corner thought I would go.
Well I wont be going again, the burgers are processed, factory made burgers and the music is way loud.
If you are looking for better burger go to Burger World or the best which is Burger Miester. Its a shame as it full off cool Berliners in a not very cool area.
