Look when I was younger fit and active do it yourself was a religion to me if I did not have a hammer in my hand I was asleep, shelves cupboards floorboards ceilings the bigger the challenge the better I felt, there ate lots of superstores dealing in do it yourself but none as friendly as B&Q Telford well not in my experience anyway,a do it yourself Paradise if only you could live there, but alas since my major heart attack applying for gout diabetes depression my do it yourself days have gone but even visiting the store in my wheelchair fills me with ideas projects and happier days the self service tills whooer not for me but everything else 10 out of 10

We all know how good Salisburys is for food although I would prefer Asda to shop in if I did the shopping Salisburys always seems a bit posh for me anyway that is beside the point on one of my few ventures out of the house due to medical problems my wife took me to Salisbury's for a walk around never go when it is full of people if you have medical problems and walk as slow as a snail like me after 5 minutes we decided to have lunch and a good st down for me, we ordered sausage eggs and chips having eaten in most supermarket café's you do not expect a lot, but to my surprise and the surprise of my taste buds one of the things still in good order in my body the meal was excellent I fact better that excellent the service was great and the place was nice and clean so well done Sainsburys pass on my wishes to the staff that cooked my dinner yummy yummy yummy
Priors Lodge - Priorslee
Telford TF2 9SW

We celebrated our Daughters Th Birthday on Saturday the 1st of April finding a child friendly place can be difficult mind you 11 adults deciding where to go is no picnic either everyone seemed to have there favorite place as for me and the wife being in our 60s all we wanted to do was have a nice family time together food was secondary the atmosphere is more important for you know kids from 8 months to 6 years present there own problems full of energy easily getting bored.
The surroundings to the Lodge n Priorslee is a winding road tree covered and for me at least a very pleasant drive up the steep hill, I did not drive as I am unable to walk very far or drive the Lodge itself is picturesque and sits well among the trees Forna a flora for a moment I thought I was in the Alps all we needed was someone yodeling,as no one could decide where to eat I put a map out and the cat choose the place her first paws falling on the Priorslee Lodge.
The food plenty of it although lots of bones in my fish did put me off a little staff 10 out of 10 interior 7 out of 10 cracked/missing in toilet did let it down a bit, play area for kids after and during lunch the conversation was pleasant and it was nice to sit with the family and break bread the first time in years so thank you Priorslee lodge well worth visit

We were surprised at how good the food was you do noty expect a lot from the outside look of the place, considering we only live 1 mile away it is surprising we have never eaten there before glad we decided to pop in, the meal was really nice the staff great it made a welcome change to the pizza hut
Bar Monserrate - Havana
Calle Monserrate equina, Old Havana, Havanna

you could be on the set of cassablanca, the heat is hot the natives very friendly and the police looking over your shoulder, the drinks are large cool and somewhat strange and sometimes they are not what you ask for ,potent they are and you could soon be looking into the eyes of a beautiful woman or if you are inclined into the eyes of a man, something for everyone.
there are some wonderful looking women and the cigars are out of this world if you smoke, but fancy going all the way to cuba and not trying a cigar rolled on the thighs of a cuban woman
The atsomphere is 1950s the food is good but basic short sleeved shirts and shorts are the order for the day but remember the sun can belt down like fire out of the sky, the buildings are often kept up by sticky tape except the new ones of course but old buildings are built to last so you should have no concerns.
Truly cuba is locked in another time and another place and bar monserrate is the place to be back, to the future for sure but some of the old valuse are the best values
