No, no, no! Do not give them a single penny. I bought a quirky showerhead via Wowcher. Paid £3.95 for postage, which was 3 weeks!!! I could have walked from Scotland picked it up and walked home to fit it in half that time! When it arrived it was the wrong one. they give a choice of two and sent the wrong one! You couldn't write it!  Anyway, I fitted it and it was nothing like the photos on their website. They show sprays of water coloured by the LEDs in the head. I got clear water running from a showerhead with about 5 small LEDS blinking.  I put the lights out to darken the room. Ahhh, now we're talking! About 3 inches of water had a feint tint of colour. Still nothing like the images and I wasn't too sure about showering in darkness! I emailed them and asked for a response and waited......and waited. I gave up and emailed Wowcher who, within a day forwarded to me the email they sent to Funky Pig asking them to respond. I waited again.....and waited. I emailed Funky Pig again and asked them why they feel that their customers are unworthy of even a response? Two days later I got a short email telling me a replacement would be sent on Monday with next day delivery. That's Monday 17th Dec 2012. This is now late evening, Friday 21st  Dec and I'm still waiting. I've emailed them again and still I wait. I have now contacted Wowcher again and await their response. 
Anyway, anyone interested in an LED showerhead? Why shower in clear water when you can have a relaxing shower in ...erm....clear water for a bargain price of £9.99 (£3.75 postage and you won't wait 3 weeks!!) ?
