I am only giving 1 star as it is not possible to give less. Arrived for my appointment and they had cancelled it without bothering to let me know. Minimum apology and no alternative offered. Staff were not just unhelpful but rude as well. The only thing extreme about this place is the extreme lack of customer service given and extreme lack of reliability.

JuliaMitchell Unfortunate for all of us the hairdresser doing Rosemary’s hair had rang in sick 15 minutes before rosemary was due to arrive. We knew she would be driving to us as she was not a local client. We apologized profusely and we had no alternative as it was a fully booked Saturday. We explained she would receive a full refund for her groupon voucher.
