Used to think they were good – purachsed 3 cars there but then found out their customer service was terrible. Multilple excuses made up refused to fix a few issues that had on the car I bought for £19k (55 reg C55). Like someone else posted don’t know why they say cars bougt for cash as they wouldnt take any of mine even though 2 were bought there and another one (e46 M3 immacualte full BMW SH etc) exactly the kind of car they sell they made up some ridiculous excuse for that one too. Last e46 M3 i traded for X5 they sold in Decemeber within 5 days of me trading in. These guys made thousands out of me in the 3 dealing I did yet would not help me out trying to sell a car I bought from them (after my wife and I split up just after buying car could not afford to keep it)- be it trading it back in or even selling it for me for a fee! Was willing to take a loss of up to £3k after buying it only 2 months before from them. Went back to view a cheaper car to trade the C55 in for and was told that they were selling it on behalf of a previous client – so they obviiusly do offer this service for a select few. They also sold a Maseratti then as buyer didn’t like the sound of it they took it back a few weeks later even thought it had cost them thousands so maybe they jsut didn’t like me! Anyway won’t be back – my dad also had bad experiences after buying his 318SE there couple of years ago – promise were made about getting the old set of alloys etc but he gave up chasing after a few months! They seem great when your buying BUT after sales are terrible.
