Finally received an email from this Company to inform me that my order from 3/12/11 will be expedited in 24/48 hours. Fingers crossed it will arrive next week.
The above has only happened because I contacted Edinburgh Trading Standards/Consumer Protection and they emailed them on my behalf. I have tried to contact this Company on numerous occasions (including the mobile no.) and by various methods but no joy. Would recommend that anyone who has a long overdue order to contact Edinburgh Trading Standards and hopefully they will progress the matter.

Like everyone else I submitted an order for Christmas, order date 3/12/2011, and still not received my ‘fast’ canvas. I have attempted to telephone on numerous occasions and left emails but still no response – feel like I’ve been ripped off.

P.S. would give no stars but system won’t allow it!
rossocol I am still awaiting contact from Fast Canvas Prints even though I have provided my details via QYPE and on the Company web site. Even though they have informed me that they are experiencing problems with orders I still feel the service provided by this Company, including the after sales, is very poor.
