GRR im so unhappy trying to get in touch with this comp and they send you to email my son sold my items not his and im so angry and want to get them back some where presents and one is special too me but you need to talk to real people not stupid email real people real contact
royalmail If I had a phone number for this store I may have been able to get back precious items that could not be replaced

hazy81 can understand that you'd be angry/upset, but as a frequent customer there i know that they ask traders if the items are theirs to sell before buying as well as asking for ID. As for the store no., as with all chains it's very hard to get hold of individual branch no's, usually best just to go in. upset customers in the flesh usually gets a better response than ann email or phone call. hope your son learnt his lesson and won't do anything as daft or inconsiderate again.
