Mother Indias Cafe - Glasgow

Place looked great from outside but its small inside. Im a big guy and i found it hard to move.
I was there on a business meeting but i dont think i could bring my wife and daughter here because of the space limitations.
The garlic pitta bread was out of this world as was the lamb karahi. The chicken saag looked amazing but after a couple of bites me and my business associate were feeling a little sick and couldn’t look at again. Chicken Acahaari was good but overpowered by the pickle.
Overall good wee restaurant and would go again soon.

Looks great but quite cold inside. Decor is nice but i dont think the heaters are working. Service was good but the food wasn’t up to standard. Ordered a Thali but overall i didn’t enjoy the cuisine.

I’ve known the guy that runs this place since his family opened up India Quay in Glasgow city centre a few years ago which is excellent so i decided to give this place a try too.
I have to say that i was pretty blown away by the look of this place and it only got better. Really fresh food and good service. In-fact i liked it so much im buying a franchise and thats not an easy decision to make.
