This photographer took a bad photo of my daughter at her debs. The setting in the hotel was lovely, but she had a dark shadow on one side of her face from the shadow of her male companion. (She looked like she has a black eye). This should have been noticed at the time the photo was taken. I did not think that this was very professional. Although I got a refund no problem, he did not apologize for ruining the photo, and sent me one line in his letter (sorry you did not like the photograph) which has annoyed me enough to write this review. It was definitely not a case of not liking but bad photography.
