I went into Wild recruitment today and must say I was very impressed with the receptionist, Teri. I observed how she operated in the time I was in the reception area and was amazed at how efficiently she managed to deal with what seemed like ten things at once, whilst continuously and professionally greet and communicate with people, despite numerous interruptions.

It was such a pleasure to watch and then experience it myself, that I was moved to mention it to her. It’s so rare these days! It made me realise how so many people just don’t ‘do’ or understand good customer service any more - I’d crossed paths with a few such people first thing today, prior to my arrival at Wild Recruitment so I guess that made me tune in to Terina’s behaviour and approach.

I think she’s an great asset to the company and the old saying of ‘first impressions’ is always important.
