Visited Klondyke garden centre today with my mother who is 87 years old. My mother had a fall recently and can only shop if holding on to a shopping trolley.

We bought some gifts then decided to go for something to eat,

The large femaile with blonde spikey hair, that takes your money, immediately told my mother she could not bring the trolley into the cafe in a very abrupt manner. Then also had a go at the young girl behind the counter for not signing a till receipt.

Not at all professional or welcoming.
Disgusted at such poor customer service.
Wont be back.

Had hair coloured and cut at Cheynes in Bruntsfield by Fiona. Love it !!! Will definately go back.

All the staff were friendly , courteous and helpful.

I called the gallery cafe for access information as I intended to visit for lunch with some friends. 1st attempt at 11.50 a.m. I did not get a reply.

I called again about 30 mins. later. A young lady answered and although I had called the correct number for the gallery cafe she tried to give me another number to call, she said she could not understand me.

I was born and have lived in Edinburgh all my life.
