Went to a Monday night Jazz here.
They turn the place around a bit just for the music. Lovely little place and the liveliest place in the area on a Monday jazz Night.
On the evening i went the Superb Victoria Howarth was singing in her talented quartet. Tremendous line-up of session musicians, what a terrific booking for Pomegranate. Lovely atmosphere and great bar staff. Recommended on Jazz nights !

We went as a group of 5 and took a 13 month old baby on the 11/1/12.
It was my first visit and it was Brilliant.The food was excellent and a great price, then menu was well thought out with variety and aa specials board.
However the most impressive thing was the staff ! Brilliant because they made us feel so welcome almost like friends, genuine, good humoured and relaxed without being overbearing and subservient.
I thoroughly recommend The Beach Tavern for a meal and if you have a baby. They have genuinely thought about the customer i suggest you give it a try
