This place has a real attitude to poor customer service. We arrived no more than 5 mins late and they cancelled the hair session, but had over booked. The staff member said they were running behind schedule and used us as an excuse. What a load of amateurs. I have written to the Colman,s (owners) who will have to close this branch soon !!

A BIG thank you to Paul and his team for decorating the full exterior of my victorian 3-storey house, in Yardley, B25. A 5-star job !!!
Paul and his team were very professional and did a great job working throughout the day, without any fuss whatsoever.
He also kept in contact with me throughout, even when I was out, which is a big plus point with me as quite often we end up chasing the service provider. A very genuine business and will definately recommend to friends & family and I certainly will not be using anyone else in the future. Thanks Paul.
