This is a very classy place. the ambiance from when you walk through the door is great. it’s not one of those places where you sit and struggle to catch the attention of a waiter/waitress, one is assigned to you before you get to the table.
They have a very very fine selection of beef, as steak is their specialty, they bring it to you for you to see, and explain the differences amongst the variety they have in the menu. They are patient and try to answer questions on the taste et al.A little pricey but well worth every penny. The food is done to your specifications, you can even stand and watch the chef prepare it.
In case I somehow blabbered on and lost the plot, it is very impressive on comfort and exquisite on taste.

this is how they work: you give these very nice people a call with whatever IT headache you have: undecipherable PC prompts, viruses, keyboard malfunction, browser problems(available but not limited to)... like i said whatever and then an IT expert makes his way to your place on a cute pink scooter (scooter computer… GET IT?) and cures your headache and THEN SOME.
You are guaranteed swift friendly service, an easy to understand engineer, and value for your money.
Who could ask for more?

Service with a smile, and i didn’t even have to beg for it. Carluccio’s is fantastic!! First one i went to was a couple of months ago, at Heathrow Terminal 5. Was leaving London for sunnier weather and went in for a couple of “goodbye” drinks with friends… Suffice it to say i have them on speed dial for every and any occassion.
The food came very quickly, and was scrumptious, they even genuinely seemed to care if everything was to our liking.
good food, affordable prices, nice ambience…. not too good to be true, just the Carluccio way.

The rain promised to pass, but it didn’t, and it was still alot of FUN!!
Narrow ,winding side roads, sheep, mountains of slate, friendly people, and climbing Mt Snowdonia.
It was altogether very nice, great scenery (on the occassion the we got a glimpse of the sun), steam engines, detailed walk paths to the peak of the tallest mountain in England and Wales.
Did i say how nice it is? Well it is!

“T5 is working”....
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT believe the hype!!!
I still have no idea why that so-far-from-the-truth-sign board is everywhere! There are delays, VERY poor customer service, glitches in the system.. should i go on?
Duty free iain’t too shabby though (retail therapy always neccessary after the airport staff are done trying my nerves)!
Again DO NOT believe the hype!
