BE VERY CAREFUL AND DONT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF SOMETHING GGOES WRONG>
My daughter who is 17 went to watch Ted last night with her friend got a bit distracted by her friend talking when they were getting their snacks. Consequently she walked away without relaising the cashier who had seved her had short changed her by £10.00. I phoned about this morning when I knew they would have cashed up the tills, and was told their till was down by over £14.00 not up as it would have been if the cashier had short changed someone. I explained to I, think he said his name was Chris that there was no other explanation as my daughter had only a set amount of money with her and was dropped off and collected from the centre, He suggested my daughter had dropped the ten pounds unlikely as she carries a purse inside her bag. I guess the moral of the story is tell your kids to double check their change - us adults too need to be careful as it is obvious that the cashiers at the centre cant count, obviously so when their tills were down by over £14.00 last night, regardless of where my daughters £10.00 went. That still remains a MYSTERY !!!!
