Our customer's first reaction when they enter our beautiful bridal show room is usually "Wow!" they tell us that they have never seen so many gorgeous gowns in one shop and normally they will have been to quite a few while searching for their dream dress.
We have created relaxed and luxurious surroundings for you to enjoy, both floors are fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Our consultants are professional, warm and friendly people who will put you at ease and will do their very best to help you enjoy your Special Daze experience. We encourage customers in all shapes and sizes to visit us, there are plenty of plus size samples available to be tried on. Pressure sales is not one of our beliefs, we believe in telling the truth....always....we understand that we cannot have a gown for everyone so even though we may not have 'the one' on our rails for you we are confident that the treatment you receive at Special Daze will surpass all your expectations and you will recommend us to others.
The fitting rooms are private and when you are dressed we have a very long and wide aisle which you can walk down enabling you to view your image in the large mirrors. If you wish you may request a VIP appointment ~ celebrate with a bottle of bubbly and cup cakes for yourself and up to three other important people! We are discovering that sisters, mums and best friends are booking this as a wonderful surprise for the bride either on the first appointment or on the day you come to collect your chosen gown, please let us know in advance if you would like to request this option.
Once "the one" has been found have fun choosing your accessories, bridesmaids and flower girls with us. When you have decided on the "girly" things it's time to turn your attention towards the men in your life! To make them feel at ease we have a male attendant who will help them to reach the right decision. As everything is under one roof we can help to make it easy to co-ordinate the whole package. We can make sure that the colours and styles compliment each other and of course at the same time keep the details of your chosen dress a secret from the Groom!
We are happy to say that we are a very busy shop, everyone is welcome to come and view our gowns at any time but in order to give you the attention you deserve you will need to book an appointment if you wish to try on.
