Helston sports centre is a fun place for all the family they have fun sessions with floats and balls, plus on saturdays they have a bouncy castle in the water for kids only that are between the ages of 8-14. If you want a relaxing swim then they also have times where you can just swim without floats in your way. They also do swimming lessons, kayak lessons, and many more.
