La Tasca is a fantasic resturant, as you walk in you fell your abroad, it has a fantastic Spanish feel to the place and the staff are so helpful. The food is to die for, the tapas are small but very filling and are amazing cheap. A few tapas and a drink is under a tenner, with soft bread and tasty sangra, just look around and you will feel that you are on holiday during your meal!!

Est Est Est is a fabulous Italian resturant with high quality food, in a beautiful surrounding, i have eaten here quite a few times and have always been very impressed with both the food and the service. If your looking for a italian resturant to visit, please try Est Est Est, i am sure you will agree.

I maybe a little biased here, as i used to work at the fish net many years ago, But i can confidently say the food is amazing and as i have seen the way it is cooked and handled its a vert clean place to eat, in every sense of the word. The have approx 50 seats avaliable and you can also take out. I have never tasted fish so fresh and the service is fantastic still seven years on. The prices are very competitive and great value for money.

I recently attended a wedding at Smokies, and was very impressed. The hotel was an impressive 50 plus ensuite rooms and the resturant is fab, the food is beautifully cooked and well presented. They have a nightclub here also, what more could you want if you require a hotel and fancy a boogie and a good meal when Smokies is the place to go.

Town house is great for family and couples, wanting good homecooked English food, the place as been open for at least 20 years so that in its self speaks volumes!! I would recommend a visit as the food is so good and the service is excellent.

Starbucks is coffee lovers heaven, the variety is amazing from over 30 different coffees, your spoilt for choice. i love the chocolatte mmm, the decor is beautiful with comfy chairs, you could easily spend an afternoon in there with a good book and yummy hot drink and just chill out.

Cafe Nero is a Italian Coffee shop with chains all over the uk, i have only tried the shop in manchester, picadilly. For all the coffee lovers out there, you must try this place it is fab the coffee is great, really nice and full of flavour. They all sell delious sandwiches and amazing cakes, the Belgium white choc cheesecake is amazing the best cake in there by far.

Greenwoods is located next door to the Tommyfield Market in oldham a small shop split in two, one section for eating in and a second section for taking away the food is amazing cooked that day on the premises and gosh is it good, nothing like homemade pies and yummy sandwiches and then if you still have a hole to fill go for the yummy, creamy cakes they are a winner too.

I love this little Cafe!!! I have been coming here for nearly 20 years, the decor isnt all that and does have a lot to be the desired. But the staff are so friendly, the food is great and the cost is so cheap its a winner for me.

Levers chip shop is a greek run fish and chip shop serving english fish and chips, you can either eat in or simply take out, either way your in for a treat the food is so yummy, the fish is beautiful and curry is amazing!! the staff are nice and service is quick, you would expect to pay in the region of £4 for fish, chips, peas, tea and bread. Bargain!!
