This place is awesome! There is nothing pretentious or fake about this place other than the negative reviews! These do not represent the actual opinions of anyone that lives in the area or any one that actually frequents the place regularly!
There is Always a friendly and professional manner and if you want somewhere away from the city suits and the all too trendy places on kingsland road this place is a gem!
They have a great selection of wine that you will not better locally and are always happy to increase your wine knowledge and broaden your horizon. As well as this the food is fantastic! With the menu changing to accommodate seasonal produce and a the occasional surprise popping up! Such as a fantastic three bird roast my friends and I enjoyed on a recent Sunday trip!
If you want somewhere that is a welcoming, friendly and professional pub with a big heart you would be well advised to pay this off the main drag oasis a visit!
