Large green area near Northfields and South Ealing. Popular with runners, walkers and those looking to relax. There are 2 areas for kids to play with a fenced area with swings, slides, climbing frames etc.
More than enough space for everyone on a popular day. There is a bowling green but have never seen people use it. Up by the Culmington Road end there are a number of tennis courts for those who want a game.
Access times vary during the year dependent on when the sunsets.

Garden centre in the grounds of Syon House. Great range of plants, shrubs, materials for the garden. There is a large indoor area with specific areas for gifts, pets/bird feeding, tools etc.
If you are eco friendly there is a speciality eco/green shop selling a range of products ranging from electrical to reusable nappies. Ecover lovers can fill their used bottles in an area dedicated to cleaning products and buy larger quantities.
Also drop into the coffee shop / refectory which is shared with Syon House.

Popular bakery at the bottom of Northfields Avenue. Broad range of breads and rolls along with buns and cakes. The staff will make you a sandwich to order with a good selection of breads and fillings.
There is room to sit and eat your purchase in the shop and take time to look at the different types of special occasion decorated cakes they have in the window.
Avoid times when the local school is emptying as it can get quite busy, otherwise well worth a visit for fresh bread at reasonable prices

Collection/delivery outlet for Pizza Hut in Ealing. Clean and tidy. Pizza is the order of the day but the menus do vary. If you a local the shop often sends details of offers including “Buy one, get one free” and free starter, drinks if spend over a certain amount.
Can get quite busy at certain times for delivery so if you live locally (like me), tend to ring through the order and then pick it up. Often see the pizza being made and know it is hot from the oven.

Large pub with an excellent restaurant and range of beers. Plenty of room for larger groups and a lively atmosphere when busy. The restaurant and food are great with separate dining facilities - can be very busy and hence a reservation could be a good idea.
If you are in the area drop in and have a drink or two. You can’t miss it if you are driving up South Ealing Road from the A4 about 300-350m from the roundabout on the left opposite the play area.

Great food and range of beers in this Fullers pub
Put time in your diary to visit this pub in the Little Ealing Area, just down from Northfields Tube. Recently improved with additional seating in terms of a conservatory and outside seating. The pub offers a range of beers and drinks but also a great menu with food to suit most tastes. Well worth a try
