I first started trying out the Imperial Whipped Balancing Face Tonique along with my normal cleansing routine. It was such a treat to use, the scent is so vibrant and refreshing but not overpowering like other naturally scented products I've tried. The spray bottle ensured a quick and even application which left my skin feeling hydrated and soft. Also, I find it quite fun to use, especially during warm summer days. 

I've since moved on to using the full range and what a difference! The cleanser is non-foaming and though a bit skeptical at first and it did make removing certain make-up a task, taking the time with some warm moist cotton pads and a few pumps of the cleanser is well worth the result. No longer has my skin be left feeling tight and dry after washing, instead from the first step of this range I notice the calming and hydrating effect. 

The balm I will admit was a bit off putting at first, I have quite oily skin to begin with and the slightly greasy consistency didn't seem like something I wanted to apply. When I first tried it, my skin was left a bit too dewy but was quick to learn its all about less is more! You only need a dab to get a full hydrating coverage. When used sparingly it does settle with the skin and works great for a full day, no drying out and no need to keep applying.

All together, before I started using the range I was quite content with my skin. I knew it wasn't perfect, a few problem areas and spots, but I was concerned more with covering it up than dealing with it. I started noticing the difference when I first started using the tonique alone. A hydrated glow and any angry areas began to calm down. Switching to the full range, a lot has balanced out and covering up is last on the list of things to do! The range is a joy to use, I could rave about the scent alone, definitely worth trying. Now soft, smooth and glowing!
