Refreshingly no nonsense, its great to find a car place that is female friendly. Helpful and courteous, and even though I dont know all that much about cars, they gave me advice on the correct oil and filter for my Toyota and fitted the wiper blades which I had bought, free of charge Been three times now and will definitely vote this the best place to buy parts for my car.
