If I could put zero stars I would.....WORST AGENCY EVER. they have been dishonest, downright lied to us several times, NEVER answer the phone or deal with any of the issues in the flat. We had a problem with the toilet from when we moved in, it went on for 6weeks before they would do anything, they kept saying "landlord doesn't think it's important so we won't fix it"....um excuse me?!! the most unhelpful and rude staff, I doubt any of them know the most basic things about running an agency, except when it comes to getting the most money out of you. will not make the same mistake twice, sincerely hope people reconsider renting with them!!
