Walton's Music - Dublin
69 George's Street, D2 Dublin
12-04-2009
if your looking for a musical insturment, then waltons is the place to go.
they have everything from drums,to sheet music.
they are very helpul too.
i was buying a guitar for my 10 y.o and was looking at one that cost €300, when a very nice assistant pointed to a more suitable guitar which cost less.
which made me feel like i was a valued customer to them.
Tesco Express - Dublin
Talbot Street, Dublin

although i normally use tesco, i’m really not a fan of tesco express.
you can never find what your looking for and its so pokey, that your bumping into others doing their shopping.
Butler's Chocolate - Dublin
31 Henry Street, Dublin
12-04-2009
this is one shop i intend visiting soon. my mother in law bought me a box of chocolates from butler’s and i have to say, they were the gorgouse!!!!!!!
as for the shop its-self, i’ve passed a few times and it always looks so inviting with all the chocolates in view if the window.
Bag Shop - Dublin
10 Talbot Street, Dublin
12-04-2009
the bag shop is one place where you will get a fairly decent bag for a reasonable price. and no matter what type of bag your looking for your sure to find it in the bag shop because they have such a great range.
Tesco - Dublin
Clare Hall, Dublin
12-04-2009
i took a great liking for this tesco since they introduced the euro for pound prices on clothes.
the other thing i like about this shop is the underground car park.
this is a huge store that sell all kinds of stuff electrical/plants/groceries/clothes/dvds/cds /games.
your sure to find what your looking for in this tesoc store.
Anns Bakery - Dublin
41 Mary street, Dublin
12-04-2009
i used to love anns cafe until the changed the decor a few years back.
the whole feel of the place changed when the changed the docor to red and yellow, put me right off the place! but in saying that, the food is nice and it isnt too expensive and you can get small plates for the kiddies.
Mannings Bakery - Dublin
40 Thomas Street, Dublin
12-04-2009
i’ve always gone into mannings bakery when i would be shopping in thomas st. its been revamped in the last 18 months and i have to say, mannings now looks so cool!
they are reasonably priced and their cakes are to die for. i would recommend mannings to anyone!
lidl - Dublin
thomas street, Dublin
12-04-2009
i’ve shopped in lidl once and was suprised to find some of the brands that i would buy in my regular supermarket.
their food is reasonable enough and the one thing that impressed me most was the fresh flowers…they are so inexpensive in lidl.
TK Maxx - Dublin
St Stephens Green, Dublin
12-04-2009
i’m not a great fan of tk maxx. sure enought they have some lovely clothes…if you can find them amoung the rows and rows of rails packed to the brim. i suppose if you have the time to rummage around…you may just find something in here.
St Vincent de Paul - Dublin
3 St Assams Drive, Raheny, Dublin
12-04-2009
i would always give to the st, vincent de paul, because they do such good work. they are always looking for donations etc.
and in these times of recession, theres a need for the st vincent de paul and others like them
