I dropped in here recently for the first time in ages. It has recently has a makeover and feels really large inside. The staff were friendly and the beers on tap include the regular Krounenboug, Stella, Fosters, Strongbow. The lighting makes it feel more bar than pub, but the ceilings are high so it does feel very large.
They have some excellent big sofas, and comfy chairs and do food specials during the football according to a friend who is a regular down here. He also told me it is a great place to watch football and whilst I didn’t see that, i did see the mess and chair arrangement left after the game…it looked like some kind of party.
Didnt see the greyhound though, im a bit gutted about that.

What a dissapointment this station is. I would love to use it daily be as it is UNSTAFFED, has no live accouncements or departure board you basically cannot trust your train will turn up on time let alone at all.
This station is also located quite underneath the street level making interchanges with the 164 and 413 buses easy to miss. Therefore, this is best missed until TFL take it over from Thameslink/First capitial connect and turn Streatham to Sutton via Wimbledon into a tram line. Then it might be worth using daily.
