Suppling information and help to the local community. Helping those with young children with health, getting back to work and with all sorts social and family matters.

It's a great stress busting and fun class and as old and flabby as I am, I don't feel out of place.

Box4Life do Tuesday and Friday night non-contact boxing for 8 - 16 year olds, which my daughter attends and enjoys very much.

Now after many requests they are doing this Wednesday Boxercise Class for Adults, it is coached by the charismatic boxer Peter Akubuko.

Como británico, no podría permitirme el estilo y el nivel de un hotel en Londres, pero el precio que pagué fue menor que el precio de un hotel británico fuera de la ciudad. Un sitio muy elegante, muy bonito y céntrico, fácil llegar desde el aeropuerto con el bus 175. El bar es un poco caro, pedí una copa única y me cobraron como si fuera una copa doble, así que no se llevaron propina, si quieres beber algo sal por ahí. Incluso vimos a Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber, pero no hablamos con él, ya que realmente parece un poco estirado.

An Oasis in some woods, at the end of a road. You have to know about this place, yes on the main road there's a sign but that's nearly a mile and a half away.
This place get's snow in when hard winter comes.
We were walking and a nice touch was the plastic boot or maybe sock covers, made you feel wanted.
You'll get a warm welcome here and an excellent pint. The food being served looked good, I intend to return and sample it soon.
