I was pretty happy with my Makeover at New ID. The only one I have had before was in the States, and it was not quite like that, that one was a bit more brash, this one I have to say was a lot more classy. What I really liked was the warm welcome and the attention to details. I was very impressed with the amount of interest they took in how I wanted to look, the one in the USA was a bit like, we decide, you sit there and go with it, that is that. Here there was far more consideration as to what  I wanted and it was more about finding a longer term look for me rather than just some mad glam show for the day and then being left with hair that I could do nothing with. I was very impressed with the whole New ID team who seem to me to be very enthusiastic and very dedicated. The day I was there there were a few girls that were there for the second time, if found that to be very reassuring. One girl had about five glasses of Bucks Fizz and was quite drunk. I was a bit surprised about that and she did get a bit annoying but I guess I cant blame that on the staff, it does say free drinks! I think this girl just had quite bit more than she could handle. I was at the salon for four hour but it didn’t seem anywhere near that long. The time flew by and before I knew it I was looking at some amazing pictures of myself wondering how on earth I would choose between them. I can not wait for the pictures to arrive. I was going to go for CD images but having seen the shots I want to have them framed and put on my wall. A thoroughly enjoyable experience!
