In my business our dryer is absolutely necessary so we were desperate to get it fixed. My first call was to whirlpool who said it didn't sound like a dryer issue, but a vent problem. The company had done some work for me in the past, so I called to see if they could help. Josh the owner came and after trouble shooting discovered that the hose was not connected properly to the vent and was compromising the flow of air. He also cleaned all the vents to be sure as well. The dryer works great now!
