I was on my first date with the son of an Arabic Prince this evening Saturday 11 June.
We had spent an amazing wonderful romantic evening wondering threw Notting Hill where we received our first free glass of Champagne (as this is the promotion that this club is advertising you offer) glass's in Beach Blanket Babelon. The service was amazing.
Next, we came to your restaurant, explained whom we were, showed your host our appropriate paper work as no body seamed to know any thing of this offer.
I was introduced to your manager ' Charaf '. He clearly did not know what was happening nor did he want to help us further. He kept repeating him self by saying ' I don't have time to help you' even though there was no one sitting at the bar. When I asked him to call the number on the page to clear the matter up he childishly and rudely said, " NO, I don't have to" !
When I asked to speak to him in private he kept me waiting 15 min. I accept the fact that you may not be part of this promotion however I CAN NOT and WILL NOT accept the ways in which I was spoken to a man whom should be an Ambassador and a model of excellence. His tone was rude, belittling and unacceptable and his appearance was nothing other than scruffy.
He embarrassed me in front of my date. Humiliated me in front of your staff along with the couple of people sitting out side !
I was appalled by this and would like to know how you plan to compensate me by totally destroying my first date along with what actions you plan to take so this NEVER happens to another person again ??
