I have just had my first every makeover and it was fantastic and way more enjoyable than I had expected it to be. I am not sure exactly what it was that made it so great but I guess it was a combination of really friendly staff that go out of their way to make you look and feel totally amazing, a really nice salon that is nicely decorated and has a really great atmosphere, the Bucks Fizz that is free certainly added to it, who does not enjoy a few free bubbles and I guess one of the main factors is that they do such a great job of your hair and makeup. I was impressed how much thought goes into it all really, it is not a case of getting there, being shoved on a conveyor belt and coming out looking different at the other end. You get a consultation when you get there and you sort of decide between you how you want to look and I thought that was really nice and to me it was a bit unexpected because it doesn’t really show you that bit on the videos they show on their website, talking of the website I loved the way it is laid out, it is really easy to find all of the information that you are looking for and it is very easy to figure out how much it is all going to cost, I think they are very open about the cost of the pictures and I for one did not find any hidden costs that had not already been laid out to me on the website. The New ID staff are very helpful, kind and considerate and make you feel both welcome and comfortable. For me I don’t see any down side to this experience other than it takes weeks for the pictures to get to you.
