This is not a huge Sainsbury’s , for example they do not have much electrical items like there bigger stores. There is parking for 460 cars and on a Thursday the car park is half the size due to the fact that Dartford market is present on this day and takes up the other half of the car park. There is a deli, bakery, fish counter and meat counter. The store open at 7am till 10pm weekdays. There are a couple of cash machines out side Sainsbury’s.Stock of food is very good and they are always filling up.Most staff are from the Dartford area and have a very nice attitude. There is always plenty of tills open.

Lovely store and has a lot to offer. There are a couple of restaurants. They sell honey, but they sell over one hundred different types of honey i could not believe how many different honeys you can buy. They also sell old traditional sweets like aniseed twists. The shop is very old. They sell lots of types of tea and coffee. They also sell some nice board games that are hand made out of wood. There bags are very posh and nicely designed. The staff are posh and very well spoken. The staircases are a joy to use they are big and very old. They sell some nice chocolate and i could not resist some.

A beautiful and luxurious department store. My dad first took me to Liberty’s it is a very posh shop and sells designers clothing.I like the way they display the clothes. If i remember right there is a barbers downstairs and you can get a wet shave. If you make a trip to Liberty’s go in the lifts they wonderful and are stunning inside. On the walls are pictures of famous celebrities. They sell men’s and women’s clothing.Upstairs they have notebooks and photo albums for sale. You get very good service and the staff are very smartly dressed and polite.

I went to Guildhall Library shop on a Saturday as i can not get here in the week and the library shop is shut on Sundays. The bookshop is excellent , they sell hundreds of books on London and of the city of London. They also sell large maps of london and the old city boundaries.Even though the shop is not huge i spent at least an hour looking at all the amazing books they have. When i went a few of the books were on sale which was an added bonus. They sell a lot of rare books that i have not seen for sale elsewhere, they also sell old ordinance survey maps by Alan Godfrey. This is a hidden gem and if you love London you need to come here.

What a superb place to visit.I went to the Shakespeare’s Globe for free because i went to the Thames Frost Fair and you get free entry to Globe.I remember this place being restored and could not wait for it to open.I have not seen a proper play here , but when we had a walk around , they were some men playing some old instruments which i enjoyed. There shop is great and sell dvds and cds and theatre related things. The Shakespeare Globe was a great place to see and i will deffiently be coming back to see a play in the near future.

I went to the Golden Hinde Sailing Ship when i was at primary school and we went to Golden Hinde and stayed on the boat for the whole day.The boat is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. The boat is fascinating and steeped in history. As i went with the school we dressed up as sailors or pirates. We had a lunch on the ship which tasted awful, i hated that, luckily after our visit there was a newsagent near buy to get some food.I cant remember all of my stay on the ship but overall i liked it and may go back in the future, with my children.

The Tate Modern is a great achievement and what a change form what it use to be.I recently went to the Tate Modern to see the crack in the floor which is on purpose for the sake of art.The Tate modern is free but you have to pay to go in some galleries. They also have a good bookshop , selling lots of art books. There are a few restaurants to go and have a sit down and relax. This is a good place to take your children , there is lots to do and they will have lots of fun at the Tate. The Tate Modern is fabulous place to visit it wont cost you and you will have a good day out.

A great piece of modern architecture , i herd when it first opened the bridge use to wobble , i wanted to have a wobble but they had fixed it by then. You can get a great view of St.Paul’s at the other end.The Bridge always appears in tv shows, the Apprentice. The Bridge is only for pedestrians to walk across. It goes over the river thames one side you have St.Paul’s cathedral and the other the great Tate Modern which is free.A lot of city workers use the bridge and is always in constant use.I do not think any money was wasted on building this bridge it is a great feature to London and is practical and stylish to use.

I have been to Greenwich market a few times in the past , some people sell artwork , clothes , think they have made. You can buy some food and have a drink.I also like the shops around the market , there is a great game shop that sells old style games and boardgames. There is such a diverse mix of things to buy. There are great transport links to Greenwich , you can park but the car parks get very busy and are not cheap. You can get the boat, train or bus to Greenwich.Greenwich market is great to visit at Christmas as they sell Christmas items. There is a long history to the market. The market gets busy and has a superb atmosphere which i enjoy.

A top quality department store. They sell clothes, tvs, kitchen, curtains, to board games. They sell a great range of products. They have a great TV department with good staff to help. All John Lewis staff are excellent and really polite. The staff know there stuff well and can answer you questions easily , there a are a few restaurants in John Lewis which are great for a snack and a coffee.I buy some mens cosmetics products from John Lewis because believe it or not they are cheaper than boots and the supermarkets.John Lewis have the best after sales in care in the country , they well known for this. When i went , they were showing of a one hundred inch TV by Panasonic which blew me away. You can spend a long time in John Lewis and is great for the family.
