I paid £20 to go from Central London to South London, a decent price, but the cab never turned up, I had no communication with them, they didn't have a phone line to call them that was open, and I had already paid up front for the cab on the website. I waited over an hour before hailing a black cab and paying an additional £30.

unknowndomain Follow up: After speaking with staff at Order a Cab they could only offer a £10 credit against my next order and a refund, however I have placed another order today and not only was there no credit but they’ve taken to not answering the phone again and the order has yet to be processed 5 minutes before the taxi is meant to arrive.

I REPEAT: DO NOT USE ORDER A CAB THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!
