I have been a pretty regular costumer until today. The food is wonderful and I can't really say anything against that, however I had a VERY unpleasant experience. My friend and I were looking to get the Happy Hour offer but decided we would order only the soup- they serve this soup in the happy hour menu too but we made sure to ask if the soup alone would come in a bigger size and the waitress assured us it would. We waited for a very long time and when the waitress brought us the two meals we noticed how both the soups were not bigger, only slightly wider (the bowl was probably half a centimetre larger and they might have put two extra pieces of chicken in it) so I went back to the waitress and asked her how could they say that was biggger than the happy hour's one, as to me the bowl appeared to be only subtly larger (barely noticeable). I asked her if we could still get the happy hour offer which would include that soup and a main. She just wouldn't have it and repeatedly told me quite rudely that if I wanted more food I had to make another order. What's more she started bitching about me and IN FRONT OF ME with one of her collegues!
I'm deeply disappointed. I felt they were being incredibly rude and dishonest. Telling us the soup was bigger (without specifying how bigger) so it would save them money. What's more after payment they chased us down the road because apparently there was A PENCE MISSING from our payment! I mean... seriously!! BEGGING FOR 1 PENNY AFTER SUCH AWFUL SERVICE! I'm sorry but you've lost a faithful customer here. I loved your food but your customer service is so bad I don't want to spend another stupid penny under your premises. Such treatment is appalling!!

stopdna i have the same feeling, I used to go there often, but because of their poor service I decide not to go back again!!!!
