Superb red meat. We had the 4-meat beef sampler (rib-eye, fillet, t-bone, and sirloin), which more than satisfied our carnivorous cravings. All meat is air-freighted in from Argentina, and thus has a bit more of a “meaty” taste due to the different living conditions and diets enjoyed by bovine on the Pampas.

Santini has been a long-standing favorite of mine for delicious Italian food. They are consistent, polite, and serve only high quality dishes. Also, during London's seemingly few warm summer days & nights, Santini has a fantastic outdoor seating area.

One of the nicest, if not the nicest gym in London. Great facililties - weights, cardio, pool, sauna, health clinic, massage, climbing wall, etc. Very central location. Friendly & polite fellow gym-goers.

Good basic food. Very friendly and fun staff. Fantastic breakfast / Sunday brunch options.

Very basic gym - weights, some cardio, and one classroom. Desperately needs a complete and drastic overhaul, however their continued success is due to lack of immediate alternatives. Nice & friendly staff. Predominantly gay clientèle.

Good pizza. Fast service for take-away - usually less than 10 minutes. Delivery takes a bit longer 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Good, basic, inexpensive Greek food. Fast and friendly in-restaurant and take-away service.

You know it's a good Italian restaurant when everyone else eating there is speaking Italian.
