excellent food and extremely friendly service! lovely decor, although a bit strange next to a nightclub! outside seating seems very nice also. pretty cheap for london food!

beautiful hotel with fantastic grounds for walking, etc. only let down is the staff. reception is very friendly but the restaurant staff is clueless. there are items on the menu that are incorrect and the waiter knew nothing about food at all. we had a voucher and after a long wait for them to figure out what was going on (they had zero clue that they even had an offer on through voucher cloud!), they still didnt get it right. manager is clueless as well. still the rooms are nice and clean and the views, etc make up for it.

Great, on the water, location with great views and a sea breeze. snacks are excellent and they seem to have a wide variety of drinks. quite busy even on a week night.

seems ok when you walk in but after ordering a drink we were asked to look after a baby by two drunk people. we had no choice as they ran outside. the baby started crying and we had to drop our drinks to tell them. it gets worse... their baby drops its dummy and, i pick it up and try to give it to bar staff to wash off. does he, no! he just stands here like a moron! one of the parents takes it off us and dips it into my partners beer and give it to their baby!!! we left after that. horrid and stupid bar staff!

fantastic old fashioned family style Italian restaurant. the location is in a basement but beautifully decorated. very homey. Live music is fantastic and makes a pleasant surprise to piped in CDs. Food is very good and the menu fairly broad. Bring a very empty stomach as the portions are huge! Decent wine selection as well as other bar drinks.

I used to visit Neuhaus a lot in the States as it was the best place (even over Godiva) for Belgian chocolates. i was so excited to see it in London but the lady serving wasn't interested in her job at all and was barely listening and I had to repeat my selection several times. I asked for 10 chocolates and only got 9 of which the quality was no where near what I expected. Very plain and cheap tasting. Godiva next time.

Can be quite bust but the food is excellent with a huge choice and friendly service. Prices are great for the area.

Very expensive indeed but a beautiful old part of the station refurbished very well. Service is excellent. There are cheaper places to drink but considering were one is, I suppose it is to be expected.

excellent authentic Italian food. Great choice of pizza, pasta and meats. service is extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint is pasta could have been seasoned a bit more. Still a great place to get very good food. Can be very busy, so booking is recommended.
