Our mission is simple and no-nonsense: to provide the highest level of support, exceptional customer service and real value for money for IT users across the city.

We offer completely free diagnosis & estimates at your home or business - no need to transport your heavy equipment to a repair shop! For offsite repairs in our secure workshop we are happy to collect & return your equipment at a time convenient to you (incl. evenings & weekends) at no additional cost.

We work on a strict no-fix no-fee basis. There are no hidden charges and no nasty surprises when you see your bill. We will always provide clear information about what needs doing so that you can make an informed choice before you start spending money. All costs are agreed in advance. All business clients are invoiced monthly in arrears (excluding first visit)

Our engineers are available for call outs (usually same day) from Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturdays 10am to 4pm. Sunday and out of hours call outs are also available, please call for details.
