I have to just say thank you all at New City Cabs for your fantastic customer service which you provided to my husband and I last weekend.
We were amazed at what effort was put in to arranging our collection from Aldergrove airport after our flight was delayed for 4hours and we had no way of contacting you as our mobiles where out of service! Not only did you do this but, collect our misplaced bag for no cost!
