This website is okay, It has a decent layout and of course is free but the only issues are it is running on free hosting and this really shoves the website to the bottom of the searches done by google, yahoo etc. Maybe try SEO (Search Optimization). This can make a massive difference if you do this. Also it could do with more games. Shame that this site is missing so much because it does have potential. 
Maybe you could try advertising or going more social. How about a Facebook or Youtube page. We noticed this has helped us gather more hits by doing this. Get a free stat counter by searching for a free stat counter. They are usually HTML coded and are already done. pick a design, upload to your site and sit and wait for the hits to show. Maybe try a different free host. Weebly is good but when it comes to free hosting it is very limited as to what you can do like files sizes etc. Try places like Wix.com
