I used Cardiff Speech and Drama to help me prepare for a speaking event which was completely stressing me out.

I found Helen incredibly helpful and supportive. We worked through it in incredible detail until she was happy with my performance.

I’ve never spoken in public before and I was terrified. But Helen gave me so much confidence that the event went really well and lots of people (including my boss) commented on my professional and relaxed performance!!!

Public speaking doesn’t phase me now and that’s all thanks to Helen at Cardiff Speech and Drama.
