GÄSTEHAUS GINNHEIM

The guesthouse is a cute little two stories house located in a quite and cozy yard. It is well equipped (appliances, telephone, internet), and close to the Ginnhein U-Bahn station. There are several grocery and convenience stores nearby which makes the location real handy.
The two dogs that “guard” the property are friendly but not annoying. Herr Walbrach is very accommodating and will do his very best to address any concerns you may have.
I had an excellent stay at the GÄSTEHAUS GINNHEIM and would definitely recommend it for a temporary accommodation in Frankfurt.

I highly recommend Stefan Walbrach's Gaestehaus Ginnheim. This is a very modern up-to-date facility; though small, it is comfortable and can even sleep two, if needed. The owners are concerned that you are comfortable and take care to repair or replace as needed, including tech support for internet access.
The neighborhood is pleasant with two different food-stores within walking distance, a couple of nice restaurants nearby, postal service, and excellent transportation access to downtown. Three separate bus, tram or u-bahn lines take you directly to mid-town (old Opera house stop), to Konstablerwache on the Zeil or to the main railway station. Very convenient for travel within and outside of Frankfurt. Just don't rent the Guesthouse when I plan to come back!

1,5 room appartement in quiet location. Restored and completely new furnished in 2007. Luxury setting with steamshower, floorheating and aircondition. Very convenient for shortterm (professional) stays in Frankfurt. Originally designed as hotel, the owners prefer guests who need a private ambiente instead of a hotel for 4-12 weeks. There are rebates for longterm stays of up to 40%.
