all the other restaurants in Cambridge which claim to be ‘Indian’ are actually Bangladeshi!!! They have Bangladeshi Cheffs, Bangladeshi waiters and Bangladeshi menu!

Blue Spice is the first truly Indian restaurant I have been in Cambridge - and it is a real Indian treat! Highly recommended.

Sodajeep is wrong! Not being staryoticpical but you must be a typical english guy! THIS IS REAL IDIAN FOOD AT ITS BEST! BURSTING WITH TASTE AND WARM! 20 out of 10

We stumbled into Blue Spice after watching a movie at Cineworld at the Cambridge Leisure Park and I was so glad we did! We enjoyed the buffet which was presented in great looking copper chafin dishes, tried some mocktails - Khus Lemonade and Mango Lassi were among 2 favourites in our group of 11 friends. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home with great service with a smile! We will be going again soon!

A definite 10/10!

I entered the restaurant with mixed expectations. On one hand, I had heard excellent things, the place looked fantastic and the aroma was brilliant. On the other hand, could an Indian buffet really be that great?

It was better than great; it was fantastic. The food was brilliant... I have travelled substanially throughout India; this was the first time I actually had Indian food in Cambridge. I went on Mughlai Night, monday. You can try food you would normally never order. All for £12.95.. and get this £7.50 for Lunch!!

Not only the food, but the service was brilliant. We were served by a dashing young waiter who seemed to genuinely care about our experiance. Service with a real smile and a good looking boy to "gorp" at as well! The cocktails were fabulous too!

Well worth a try: 9.5/10...

Fantastic food in very comfortable surroundings. Eat as much of what you like with the opportunity to try out different food.Very good value for money ....definitely worth a visit, I will be telling all my friends about this little treasure of an true indian restaurant!

i've had the pleasure to visit twice now and i find it 10 out of 10. true the first time i went the food wasn't very hot but the taste was wonderful. the second time was better the food was kept hot and the staff were brilliant asking if there was anything they could do if you wanted the curry hotter in spice or was there a dish you wanted different.this is why i shall be going back again and again.

well i tried it and thought it was rubbish. food was not kept hot enough, very little choice and tasteless. nothing like proper indian food dont risk it

This food is definatly work a try! Good value for drinks, lovly food, nice staff and great setings and atmosfor!(i have bad spellins!) Every night is basied on a different rigion of india! this place is nothing like the old english Indians. oh no its better! 10 out of 10!!!!!!!:)
