Base Property Specialists were asked to get involved in a tricky repair job which started out as a leaky tap underneath a integrated bathtub in my purpose built flat.  The quick, intelligent response was exactly what was needed.  Base made other suggestions to the space to improve the overall condition which were a great help.  And allowed the bathroom to be upgraded which still came in under 1000GBP.  I’m confident about value for money and quality of workmanship for the contractors you selected.  Base salvaged a huge mirror from the bathroom and we ended up reusing it in the living space.  The tenant is really happy with the timeline once Base got involved and everyone is pleased with the quality of finishes provided.  Your work is very much appreciated.  I would totally recommend Base Property Specialist for any property related service required.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Base Properties, in particular Kristjan, throughout the whole purchase process. He provided an excellent knowledge of the area - including honest views on the condition and potential of the property, was highly efficient in managing communication between myself and the seller and was always on hand and promp at addressing queries and driving things forward.

As a buyer, I cannot comment on price/value for money but in terms of service I would highly reccommend Base.

Base Property Specialists were great in all respects.  Nice people, who were very honest, and not at all 'estate agenty'.  My flat was let within a week, and to really nice tenants.  I couldn't recommend them more highly

I can openly recomend the services of Base. Since the day they showed me the apartment they were very professional and fiendly, providing the right information and asking the exact questions of whta I was looking for in a flat.
The process of checking my background was again very professional, and punctual. They were really helpuful and answered to all the questions me and my relocation team had in the process of signing the let agreement.

Very friendly and helpful staff who helped us sort out our move and made it a stress-free experience for us. 

Managed the difficult logistics of getting a contract back from someone who was on holiday at the time, and very flexible when it came to arranging a moving in date.

As an American bound for London for the next three years, I went through an impressively difficult time finding a good property to let.  After several attempts at striking out on my own and coming close to being scammed, I found Base Property Specialists.  Working with An, I found the perfect property and area, suited to my needs and secure.  

The initial process of securing the property was easy to manage, and Base was willing to work with me on a couple occasions when I made mistakes in paperwork, or while transferring my money from the US.  Their effort on upkeep and staying in contact has also been excellent.

I would recommend Base for anyone, and especially for individuals renting from overseas.  For a person trying to rent sight unseen from across a border or another country, they are an invaluable asset.  Having a great range of properties to be let is certainly a good thing, but being worthy of such a high level of trust is truly what makes Base better than their peers.

I had been looking for a property in London for a few weeks before coming across Base. By then I had already met enough slick, hard sell, BMW driving "jack the lad" lads to last a while. The guys at Base were refreshingly different - they might actually drive BMW's as well for all I know, but they were so much more pleasant to deal with, down to earth and helpful when trying to secure the flat - and we've had great service from them since we've been in there.

I have used a number of estate agents in Central and East London to procure Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements, and in my experience Base Property Specialists were the best that I (personally) dealt with. Very approachable and knowledgeable staff who are friendly, quick to respond to communications and professional. I would thoroughly recommend Base Property Specialists to anyone looking for a home in the Central London area - there are an abundance of estate agents in the area, and it is difficult to find a good quality one - Base are definitely one of the few in my experience...

Having rented my flat through Base for over a year now, I find them very warm and courteous with an excellent eye for customer service. Responding to emails and calls when they say they will even if there is no additional information.

I have needed to report issues around the flat, twice in the past few months, relating to the upkeep and maintenance of the building as a whole (not their responsibility)They contacted the building maintenance company within in minutes of me contacting them, and even called to make sure they had contacted me and the issue was been seen to. Highly recommended.

My partner and I used base properties for the first time just over a month ago after a lot of bad experience with some of the bigger more well known estate agents in London our expectations were low in finding a good agent. We were obviously looking in the wrong place for the past few years as base have been exceptional in good customer service. Staff are very efficient and always happy to help. So far I have no complaints and recommend any body to use base. Best letting agent by far. Thank you to all at base properties limited

Base Property helped me and my partner find a flat earlier this year. They were extremely helpful and efficient and showed us a wide range of property that fitted out criteria and budget. 

In what can be a stressful time, they made us feel at ease and were always there to help with any questions we had. I would certainly recommend them to everyone!

In 13 years of renting properties in London I have never experienced dealing with an estate agent quite like Base Property Services. My most recent move involved a tall order – I have a small but well behaved house dog – and finding a landlord who would be pet friendly in a very competitive market wasn’t proving the easiest. Having previously registered with 26 estate agents (yes, 26), after an exasperated final attempt my boyfriend registered with Base (first time, first estate agent he found). How things changed after this! Not only did we view one property only, shown to us by the lovely An, we signed up then and there for a two year lease as it was our ‘dream flat’. An’s no-nonsense approach, honesty, integrity and human behavior has put every single other estate agent in London to shame. If only all estate agents were like Base. I was married once upon a time to an estate agent in West London so know ALL the tricks the agents try to put you through – and 99% of the time they do try – but Base have been nothing but honest and it’s just so refreshing to see. I’m hoping I won’t have to deal with any other estate agents EVER AGAIN (either for lettings or when I finally get around to buying). I’ve recommended them to several friends over the last two years who have also been impressed with their attitude, and care in customer service. Well done Base!

Correct service, immediate and helpful responses for all our requests.

We are renting a very nice house from them at a nice location for a reasonable price. The house has been fully refurbished and additional pieces of furnitures have been bought for our demands, despite of the short timeframe we had for moving in.
