Base Property Specialists are expensive for what you get. Quite inefficient with poor attention to detail. They would benefit with frequent and better dialogue with landlords rather than pursue quick sales.

They have taken exceptional care of us, going beyond the call of duty to provide any service required.  We are really impressed by their dedication and polite, authentic customer service, which is unlike most estate agents we've experienced. We would highly recommend them!

We just moved into our new flat with Base. They were really helpful throughout the process and really went out of their way to make sure we would be happy with our new flat. They responded quickly to our questions and made a refreshing change from other estate agents I've dealt with. Highly recommended.

The service I've received from Base Property Specialists has been absolutely first class. I've enjoyed working with them throughout and always find them responsive, informed and helpful. Having previously attempted to manage my property myself, I am only too aware of everything that's involved if one wants to do a great job and Base more than comfortably achieve that to give me peace of mind. I have recommended them to several friends and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

I have no complaints about Base Property Specialists, they are very efficient, helpful and friendly! Since moving into my property in september I have found that Base Propertys dealt with the move in very quickly and also removed some garden waste without any hassle. I am confident that I can contact Base Propertys if i have any issues or problems and they will do their upmost to help.

Base Property Specialists break the mould by being honest, polite, reliable agents who are looking out for your best interests. An and the team were a pleasure to deal with whilst my boyfriend and I were looking for a flat to rent, and they have been great throughout the tenancy. The whole renting process was extremely straightforward and the fee rates are really reasonable compared to most other agents. I would highly recommend them!

Can't Recommend Enough

Base took the headache out of renting that I have previously found with other lettings companies. With realistic fees, good communication and professional conduct renting through Base was pain free. During the tenancy they have been helpful and approachable if I have ever needed them and I have already recommended them to my friends.

I've rented via Base Property for the past three years after years of moving from one house to the other. 
Through the years Kristjan, An and the entire team at Base property have been fast at solving issues in the house and always very professional and fair in dealing with my requests. 
I still pinch myself every day as their service, expertise, pro activeness and kindness and are just superb. 
If I owned a property I would ask Base Property Specialists to look after my house.

I had an excellent experience with the base property agents. They were very flexible and honest about the requirements that tenet needed  to fulfil in order to take possession of the property. They kept up updated regularly and were never put off by the fact that we asked so many questions or clarifications. the also considered any exceptional circumstances that a tenet might have and acted appropriately. In general I am very happy with their services and would strongly recommend to other just because I would like to let a property from them again if I might need to so it in the future.

Absolute top marks for base p.s! The quality of the service they provide is second to none! Other agencies need to take note and follow suit. An Deckers is very sharp, very on the ball, very professional and extremely attentative. I have been a tenant of Base for two years and can only say they contributed a lot to me being very happy in my home, and. i'm pretty sure my landlord is over the moon with the service and the communication they provide as he lives overseas. Thanks guys! Your a credit to a generally badly representd industry!
