Better than some dealers in the area but still disappointing. A quote to replace a rear light lens for £20 ended up being £80 as the scooter boot lid also needed realigning, there was more work, etc, etc…excuse after excuse and I therefore wouldn’t trust them to do anything else.

After several unfortunate dealings with several other bike repair shops. Chelsea scooters have restored my faith in the british mechanic. I totally trust their diagnostics and always feel confident that their costing aptly reflect the excellent work done. :-)

This was the worst experience i had in my last 2 years. I bought the bike a vespa ET4 2 years ago of them.I just calculated that my bills accumulated up to 600 pound, I was never happy with their service. Always unfriendly, and I don’t have high expectations. They ripped me off to the max. They never called back when they said they would. The same problems always occured. Very unprofessional in total. I wonder why did i always go back???? Just because it was close to my home i guess. I am selling my bike after 2 years of hell and will never go back inside without a bomb.

I was once told this place was a bit pricey, but having used a variety of garages around south london, I have to say that: a) they are no more expensive than any other garage, and b) they do seem to be the best.

I have to add that I drive a Vespa, and they do seem to specialise in Piaggio bikes, so I can't speak for other bike users. In my experience they're quick, fix the problem (which sounds obvious but doesn't always happen some places) and don't take the mickey with the bill (again not a given).

For my money, they do seem to be the premier scooter repair place around.
