This charity childrens shop is an Aladdin’s Cave, always full of Mums on a mission! The window looks wonderful - usually a seasonal theme. Piled on the pavement outside are buggies for sale, outdoor toys, trikes and everything to make a youngster stop and drag a parent into the shop.
It’s small but well planned with toys at the back and equipment downstairs; clothes are arranged on rails in age groups, boys & girls separately. As this is 'Nappy Valley’ the items are usually good brands and in excellent condition. Anything and everything to do with children is there - clothes, toys, stairgates, bags - you want it? They’ve got it.
My only complaint is that the pricing is sometimes too high. The Yummie Mummies who only buy the best for their darlings don’t seem to know that you can buy a T shirt in Asda for £1!

This place is unique in that it just sells kids' clothes, but it's a charity shop. All the profits go to Romanian orphans, so you can feel pretty good both about re-cycling clothes, which, let's be honest, they get through so quickly the rate they grow, and contribute to a really good cause.
The clothes all look in really good condition, and there's also Prams and Toys and pretty much anything child-related in good nick that they can get hold of. Good to see places like this thriving.
